Como incentivar a participação e minimizar o receio de lidar com o erro?
Primeiro cuidado com os elogios excessivos, por exemplo: Parabéns, você é o melhor! Tirou nota 10! Acertou tudo! Fez tudo com perfeição!
Elogie com moderação e mostre que na vida buscamos refinar nossas habilidades. E quando algo não der certo, tudo bem! É só começar de novo!
Evite comparar seu filho com outras crianças, cada um tem a sua habilidade e seu tempo de aprendizagem.
Incentive-o a fazer atividades corporais, a consciência corporal proporciona domínio e segurança para lidar com atividades motoras. A super proteção não ajuda. Cair, bater, ralar o joelho faz parte do processo de autoconhecimento corporal e motiva a descobrir novas maneiras de se movimentar.
Ser seguro com o próprio corpo propiciará confiança nas conquistas cognitivas, afetivas e sociais.
Ajude-o a entender seus sentimentos e emoções. Não resolva os seus desentendimentos e conflitos. Dê a ela essa oportunidade de resolver por si mesma. A cada vivência converse e traga reflexões para que a criança possa elaborar estratégias de como enfrentar as suas oposições. Ela se sentirá segura e buscará novos entendimentos para suas experiências.
Na escola proponha dinâmicas por times, trios ou duplas. Dessa forma a criança se sentirá acolhida e perceberá a sua função e a sua importância no grupo.
A roda de conversa é bem vinda na rotina, pois permite que cada um se expresse e que os outros possam ouvir o depoimento do colega. Ouvir, acolher, perceber que o amigo tem os mesmos sentimentos, receios ou medo certamente minimizam a insegurança e garante a compreensão de que está realmente tudo bem.
E seu eu não acertar? Faz parte! Tente novamente! Analise de forma diferente e ensine o seu próximo com as diferentes óticas que você descobrir.
